Take Back Your Temple
Take Back Your Temple is a group focused on encouragement and support for women ages 13 and up as we learn to make healthier choices for our physical bodies. Whatever your preferred method is for fitness or weight control, we will share spiritual principles to help you maintain motivation and balanced priorities. Our discussion will include Kimberly Taylor's "Take Back Your Temple" curriculum as well as other faith based health and fitness experts. Whether you need to lose weight, gain weight, or simply develop healthier habits, come join us.
Meets: 4th Thursday evening every month - 6:30 to 7:30 pm
